Yuil Tech started as a company specializing in wear-resistant welding and thermal spray coating technology, and is the only company in Korea that performs hardfacing manufacturing and overhaul (O/H) works, including pulverizer power plant equipment and industrial facility disassembly and planned preventive maintenance projects.

Currently, with high productivity and advanced quality technology, we supply parts to various industrial sectors, including thermal power plants, steel mills, and the cement industry.

Hardfacing Steel Plate
A high wear-resistant surface-reinforced steel plate with a high-elastic chromium-carbide composite alloy layer, providing up to 3 to 8 times greater wear resistance compared to ordinary steel materials.

Dynamic Classifier

The dynamic classifier is a core device that separates fine and coarse particles in coal pulverizing systems to improve combustion efficiency. Yuil Tech has developed a high-performance product that enhances both durability and boiler performance by applying hardfacing steel plates and thermal spray coating technology with 2 to 3 times greater wear resistance than conventional AR400 materials.

Inner Segment Vane

The inner segment vane is a key component located at the top of the pulverizer table that guides the flow of pulverized coal and air. Yuil Tech has improved its lifespan by more than five times through the combination of wear-resistant cast steel and hardfacing technology, along with optimized collision angles and recirculation paths.

Core Technology

Yuil Tech applies hardfacing (surface modification) technology to components that undergo repeated wear in high-temperature and heavy-load environments, dramatically improving the durability and lifespan of equipment. This technology is a high-precision surface reinforcement process that forms a wear-resistant metallic layer by overlay welding special alloy filler metals onto the surface of components.

This process allows the reinforcement of only the necessary areas without discarding the original material, achieving both maintenance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. It also maximizes wear resistance without requiring any structural modifications to the equipment.
