Technical Features

A Cr + Nb-based composite alloy layer resistant to thermal impact is applied by welding, and ceramic inserts or hard coatings are added in solid transfer sections to further enhance wear resistance.

This process extends component life by 3 to 5 times even in environments exposed to combined high temperature, heavy dust, and impact conditions.
