Yuil-tech Co., Ltd. has been selected as a new member of the Overseas Co-Development Council (Haedongjin) under Korea Midland Power Co. (KOMIPO, President Lee Young-jo), securing a new platform for expansion into global markets.

On the 13th, Yuil-tech attended the “Shared Growth Forum” hosted by KOMIPO, where it received its certificate as a newly admitted member. During the forum, representatives of Haedongjin member companies shared their 2025 overseas co-development achievements and discussed strategies to strengthen global competitiveness in 2026.

Established in 2011, KOMIPO’s Haedongjin has served as a representative shared-growth platform that systematically supports overseas market entry for its partner SMEs. Starting with 10 companies at its inception, the council has now grown to a network of 90 member companies. With 15 new companies—including Yuil-tech—joining this year, the platform is expanding into a multidimensional network covering advanced energy and digital industries.

Through its participation in Haedongjin, Yuil-tech will be able to leverage KOMIPO’s overseas business experience and infrastructure. In particular, the company is expected to receive practical support for market entry—such as export consultations linked to KOMIPO’s overseas power plant projects, opportunities for on-site demonstration, and global marketing assistance.

KOMIPO regularly dispatches overseas market-development missions to countries such as Vietnam and Indonesia, drawing on its extensive experience operating overseas power plants. The company also provides various forms of support, including product demonstration opportunities at local facilities, joint-brand marketing, and assistance in establishing local sales networks.

KOMIPO President Lee Young-jo stated,
“We will closely connect KOMIPO’s overseas business experience and infrastructure to build a sustainable, mutually beneficial success model.”

A Yuil-tech representative commented,
“Our selection as a Haedongjin member will further accelerate our entry into global markets. We will strengthen our competitiveness in overseas power markets through close cooperation with KOMIPO and achieve sustainable growth.”

Meanwhile, KOMIPO and Haedongjin plan to systematically support the digital and intelligent transformation of partner SMEs by promoting ESG management, narrowing the AI capability gap, and building an AX (AI Transformation) ecosystem.
