YUIL-TECH Co., Ltd. held its first company workshop and year-end gathering to mark its 16th anniversary at The Week& Resort in Incheon on December 8–9, 2023, with all executives and employees participating.

The two-day, one-night event was the first company-wide workshop since YUIL-TECH was founded in 2007. Employees from headquarters and project sites came together to close out the year and share the company's direction for the following year.

During the workshop, participants reviewed major business achievements in 2023, the company's supply record with Korea's five power generation companies, R&D progress and safety management activities. Departments then exchanged views and discussed improvement tasks, broadening communication between site and office teams.

At the year-end gathering that followed, employees were thanked for their work over the year and had an opportunity to strengthen their relationships.

A YUIL-TECH representative said, ‘The company has grown over the past 16 years thanks to the employees who have worked steadily at our project sites. We will use this first workshop as a starting point to build an organizational culture in which employees communicate and grow together.’

Founded in 2007, YUIL-TECH specializes in wear-resistant coal pulverizer components and supplies pulverizer parts to Korea's five power generation companies. The company has built its R&D capabilities on hardfacing technology and its in-house corporate research institute.
